資料庫介紹-Inspec理工文獻入口網站

IET(The Institution of Engineering and Technology)英國工程及科技學會是歐洲最大的工程相關組織，其前身為創始於西元1871年的IEE(The Institute of Electrical Engineers)。而在2006年與IIE(The Institute of Incorporated Engineers)合併後正式改名為 IET。

IET旗下最重要的資料庫稱為 Inspec，總共涵蓋五大學科領域：
‧物理科學
‧電子電機工程學
‧計算機與控制工程學
‧資訊技術
‧機械與製造工程

IET Inspec 資料庫有五大檢索功能，資料搜尋的邏輯是由大範圍逐步縮小，最後找到自己想要的資訊。藉由五大檢索功能，Inspec能夠幫助使用者快速、精確的搜尋出自己想要的研究資料。
